All knives are sharpened on a professional machine, which uses a spiral interlock diamond wheels system, technology widely deployed by the finest knife manufacturers and resharpening businesses globally.

The knives do not become overheated during sharpening. We produce high sharpening performance as the edge angle is controlled by the grinding wheels diameter at 13.5 degrees , giving a long-lasting sharpness. More importantly, our system prevents excessive sharpening and rapid loss of blade width, in contrast to other aggressive systems – the perfect machinery to provide our customers with a fast and quality service.
